Maritz Upgrades Stats Package
US-based Maritz Research has launched an update to Maritz Stats, its free statistical software. With version 3.0 users can now access the application via the cloud using any web-enabled device.
In addition to increased accessibility the new version features enhancements to the statistical test present in version 2.1, including T, Z and Chi-Square tests, confidence interval calculations, sample size calculations and McNemar Tests.
Joe Ziegler, SVP Research Technology says the new release gives users the product's 'unique functionality' in a convenient and secure manner: 'Moving Maritz Stats to the cloud provides users with greater flexibility and security. Maritz Stats 3.0 allows users to run statistical tests on the go in a web browser, using a mobile phone, laptop or tablet.'
