Dialego Launches Social Media Research Arm
German market research agency Dialego has launched a new social media division, and appointed Unilever research veteran Annette Stucken to lead it.
Founded in 1999 by CEO Andera Gadeib, Dialego provides a full range of online services from its headquarters in Aachen, and offices in Hamburg, London, Paris and New York. The firm also offers access panels in the UK, Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland and Poland and a panel network stretching from Australia, over Europe and selected African states to the US.
Stucken spent nineteen years at Unilever in the global market and competitive intelligence, knowledge management and internal communications divisions. She then spent brief periods as Global Food and Drink Analyst at Mintel and working at Euromonitor International, before joining Dialego in September.
Gadeib comments: 'Social media market research is an integral part of market research, and we are already using semantic mining technology for text analyses to filter client-specific information from social media.'
