ICM Strengthens Senior Team with Three Hires
In the UK, Creston-owned ICM Research has hired former Synovate exec Tom Bailey as Head of Analytics, while Ruth Moyer joins the Technology team and Matt Draper the Financial Services team, both as Research Directors.
ICM Research sits alongside ICM Direct and Fieldwork UK within ICM Group.
Bailey joins with ten years' experience in univariate and multivariate techniques, segmentation, pricing and brand equity tracking. He previously served as Associate Director in Synovate's Advanced Analytics team, prior to which he worked at Research International.
Moyer has seventeen years' experience, and worked most recently as an Associate Partner at The Insight Exchange. Prior to this, she spent thirteen years in director-level roles at TNS / Research International, having previously spent nearly three years at Millward Brown.
Draper joins from MarketTools, where he served as Research Director, prior to which he was a Board director at Total Research (now part of Harris International). He has more than twenty years' quant and qual experience.
