Fredrickson Joins Toluna as Group COO
Panel and research technology provider Toluna has named Harris Interactive veteran Jim Fredrickson as Group Chief Operations Officer.
Earlier this year, Toluna was sold to ITWP (a firm set up by Belgian investor Verlinvest to oversee and manage the deal) in a transaction valuing it at £161m ($259m).
Fredrickson joins from Ipsos Interactive Services, where for the past two years he served as President, North America, responsible for the firm's online market research in the region. Prior to this, he spent more than 20 years at Harris Interactive, latterly as EVP, Global Research Operations, overseeing globalization of operations and the development of the company's online research capabilities.
Former Harris leader George Terhanian, now President, Toluna North America and Group Chief Strategy Officer, comments: 'I've worked with Jim for many years and have witnessed first-hand the remarkable contribution that he can make on an organization's ability to deliver fantastic work. He will be a great asset to Toluna and to our many clients.'
