Seed Funding for InCrowd's DIY Healthcare Platform
US-based firm InCrowd - which offers market research to the life sciences sector - has secured an undisclosed amount of Series A seed funding, which it will use to expand its real-time research platform for the healthcare sector.
InCrowd was launched last year by CEO Janet Kosloff, President Diane Hayes, and Senior Vice President Kathleen Paulos. Their firm offers a DIY platform to connect pharma, medical device and life sciences firms with 'crowds' of screened and targeted healthcare professionals.
Kosloff comments: 'Our goals in the coming year are focused on adding top talent to our team and expanding our portfolio of real-time data tools. Going forward we plan to continue developing our on-demand tools for global real-time data access.'
The investment has been led by Launchpad Venture Group and Walnut Venture Associates.
