All Global Hires US COO and European Ops Director

WPP-owned healthcare panel and data collection agency All Global has appointed Hilary Fischer as Chief Operating Officer, US, and Kerry Haynes as Director of Operations, Europe.

For the past fourteen years, Fischer (pictured) has worked at Kantar Health, most recently as VP, Global Operations and Compliance, responsible for providing management and support across more than forty global offices. Earlier, she worked as Field Supervisor at LaValle Research and at McCarthy Associates.

Haynes joins with twelve years' experience in the healthcare industry, having previously worked for AplusA Healthcare Market Research as Associate Director, delivering international studies. Before this, he worked at the Medical Marketing Research Group (MMG), gaining experience in opinion leader and key stakeholder identification and profiling studies, and developing the firm's physician influencer identification.
