Belgian agency InSites Consulting has announced revenue growth of around 28% to more than 16 million Euros; office openings in Timisoara, Romania and in New York; expansion to 120 employees; and a number of senior appointments.
Magali Geens has joined the company as its ninth partner, while Hakim Zemni and Ramon Pardo are promoted to the roles of MD in the Belgian and Dutch offices respectively. CEO Kristof De Wulf also said the firm's New York office was 'now fully up to speed' and added: 'Managing Partners Filip De Boeck and Niels Schillewaert are leading the InSites Consulting growth overseas, together with Dennis Claus.' The firm already has locations in Ghent, Rotterdam and London.
InSites has also added four to its innovation team, the ForwaR&D lab - Anouk Willems, Elias Veris, Bas De Luij and Thomas Troch, whle its execs have authored two prize-winning books, Steven Van Belleghem's The Conversation Manager and Joeri Van den Bergh's How Cool Brands Stay Hot.
De Wulf comments: 'We are living in great times: consumers have more power than ever, technology is creating chances every single day, clients expect to drive future growth from new emerging markets and the boundaries of our industry are becoming more blurry.' Tim Duhamel, CSO in charge of corporate strategy, adds 'We believe consumers will take the lead in shaping any company or brand in the future. Marketers need to learn how to let go and take down their marketing walls as companies actively listening and involving consumers outperform the competition.
Duhamel notes that around twenty percent of the company's income now comes from market research communities (MROCs), a method which he says: 'fits with our clients' needs today and tomorrow... combines old and new techniques, and integrates solid research know-how with more creative and non-traditional skills.'
The firm was established in 1997 and is online at www.insites-consulting.com .
