BuzzBack Expands to Nordic Region with Key Hire

Web-based consumer researcher BuzzBack has expanded into the Nordic region with the appointment of TNS Gallup veteran Marie Hayling, who will based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Marie HaylingBased in New York with offices in London, the firm develops tools to help clients analyse and understand non-verbal and emotional insights.

Hayling joins with more than twenty years of traditional market research experience. Most recently, she was the Regional Manager for employee and customer satisfaction specialist IC-Potential in the western area of Sweden, prior to which she was a Consultant at Wikner & Co, working on customer satisfaction research and employee studies.

Before this, Hayling spent more than seventeen years at TNS Gallup, where she latterly served as Business Solutions Specialist for the firm's 'Conversion Model', which measures the strength of relationships between consumers and brands. During her time with the firm, she also spent six years as Manager of Interactive Research.

In her new role, Hayling will be responsible for business development, and for helping extend BuzzBack's visual techniques for clients in the consumer product, pharma and financial services sectors in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
