Vision Critical Continues Rapid Growth

Panel and research technology specialist Vision Critical has announced revenue growth of 17% to $CAN 72m in 2011.

The firm was founded in 2005, turned over around $CAN 5m in 2006 and expanded to Europe in late 2007. Chairman Dr. Angus Reid predicts continued robust growth in both revenue and profits this year: 'Our first quarter run rate has already put us over $80 million and that's before further expansion in our international operations in China and Germany; several major new product launches and several strategic new appointments that will be announced in the coming weeks.'

Of the 2011 figures, Reid comments: 'To achieve almost 20% organic growth in a tough market is a testament to the strength of our product portfolio and our strong talent base of experts and implementation specialists'. As a private company, Vision Critical does not release detailed earnings results, but Reid says it was 'profitable' in 2011, in line with board and management expectations.
