Trust Alliance Develops Reporting Guidelines
Recently established online physician research body The Trust Alliance has produced guidelines for post-field reporting by healthcare data collection firms.
The not-for-profit organisation was set up last November by online healthcare fieldwork firms All Global, M3 USA and Medefield, to raise standards, encourage consistency and promote trust in the industry.
Its new 'Quality Report' will offer a standard approach for producing field reports, with consistent formats and definitions. In addition, the report will extend study information beyond that currently available, in a bid to improve transparency in the industry. An example of this will be around the disclosure of incentive payments.
Membership of the alliance is now open to other online healthcare data collection providers, and more information is available through: www.thetrustalliance.org .
