Off-the-shelf Net Surveys from RedSheriff
RedSheriff, has just launched a set of four 'off-the-shelf surveys' for website owners. These are in the form of their new general, customer satisfaction, e-commerce and demographic products.
Designed for both business and consumer websites, the surveys should enable site owners to completely assess their visitors' behaviour. The surveys promise to be easy to install, as well as being useable on any functional website. As part of their package, clients will deliver the collected site data back to RedSheriff, who in turn will process and return the completed data.
The surveys should allow owners to repeat research on a regular basis. They should also be able to track their visitors' behaviour over a length of time. RedSheriff believe the survey data will prove invaluable in understanding audiences and site activity. As well as in improving online business models.
The four new surveys in question are: - A General Survey - designed to offer answers to the most frequently asked questions and including 15 topics such as demographics, media consumption and Internet usage.
- A Customer Satisfaction Survey - designed to show what visitors think about a site. The data cover 15 topics within the sphere of the usability, design and content of a site.
- An E-commerce Survey - designed to find what visitors are likely to buy online.
- A Demographic Survey - designed to provide a comprehensive and detailed breakdown of site visitors to your site.
Commenting on the surveys' launch, Vivek Nath, sales director of RedSheriff, said, 'The research capabilities that RedSheriff has will enable media owners to buy off the shelf research solutions that are bespoke to their own sites, at a cost-effective price. The price is so competitive that it will also give smaller sites access to research they may otherwise not be able to afford.'
