Millward Brown Opens Dubai Hub
Millward Brown has opened an office in Dubai, from which it will provide services to its clients across the Middle East region.
The new company - Millward Brown Middle East (MBME) - will function as a division of sister firm AMRB, which is the existing Millward Brown licensee in the region.
AMRB was established in 1999, and operates throughout the MENA region via offices in Dubai, Jeddah, Cairo and Algiers. Last year, the firm opened a Stakeholder Research Practice in Dubai, providing a range of consulting products and services to help clients manage their customer and employee loyalty programs.
AMRB CEO Gagan Bhalla comments: 'While we have been offering Millward Brown solutions in this market for over a decade, having a dedicated MB division will help us focus more strongly on the core domains of brand, media and communications research. We will also be able to better integrate the latest solutions from Millward Brown globally, thereby enhancing the value that we add to our clients.'
Charles Foster, MD of Millward Brown in Africa and the Middle East, confirmed that another MBME office is planned to open in North Africa later this year. Millward Brown also has an established presence in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and South Africa.
