DIY Survey and Benchmarking Tool Launches in Aus

In Australia, marketer Jonah Cacioppe and software engineer Mike Kruger have launched a DIY survey app called Floq, which enables users to gather feedback from web-based surveys and benchmark results against companies in similar sectors.

Jonah CacioppeThe pair say their Perth-based firm - also called Floq - is a match for SurveyMonkey. Cacioppe (pictured) comments: 'Floq provides the ability to compare the feedback you get from your surveys to others - something SurveyMonkey and the like have failed to do.'

Floq can be used for surveys, mobile customer feedback and organizational studies, and also includes web embedding and social sharing features.

In addition, it provides businesses with a way to connect their real-world business customers with online surveys and results, via receipt-printable QR codes. Cacioppe says that using QR codes and specially formatted 'mobile-friendly' online surveys enables users to 'complete the loop' much more easily and quickly.

Future plans include the introduction of a survey library containing adaptable survey templates.
