Lithium Expands to Singapore and Sydney
US-based social networking solutions firm Lithium Technologies has opened AsiaPac regional headquarters in Singapore, as well as an additional office in Sydney focused on the Australia-New Zealand market.
The firm, which is headquartered in Emeryville, California, already has European offices in Paris, London and Zurich. Lithium's 'social customer relationship management' (SCRM) solutions enable clients to create and manage their own social media customer networks, while its Lithium Insights analytics tool measures and benchmarks the 'health' of online communities. In 2010, Lithium acquired social media monitoring company Scout Labs.
CEO Rob Tarkoff (pictured) comments: 'Consumers in Asia-Pacific are incredibly connected and their adoption of social, mobile and cloud technologies will clearly surpass that of other geographies. Establishing Lithium's APAC headquarters in Singapore with its outstanding infrastructure and advanced business climate made clear strategic sense.'
