New Voxco/Data Capture Handheld Partnership
Voxco UK and Data Capture Handheld are joining forces to promote a new feature developed by Voxco as applied to M-CAPI Express. In order to enhance the M-CAPI Express service offered by Data Capture, the data collected can now be viewed online, using Voxco's Interviewer Web Online Field Reporting tools.
The M-CAPI Express service, through which companies can rent handheld devices for CAPI surveys, was launched earlier this year. This enables data to be collected electronically across a range of methodologies from on street face-to-face surveys to static self-completion.
Voxco's Interviewer Web Online Field Reporting tools allow registered users to produce topline reports, cross-tabs, quota reports, and listings of verbatim responses for projects that are currently in the field. The combination of these tools will mean that users of M-CAPI Express will be able to get reports on their projects at any time.
The system will be simple for the interviewers to operate: at the end of the day, they will download the data from the interviewing devices to a PC, and email it to Voxco. Voxco staff will consolidate the data and upload it to the web server, where it will be available for the client to view.
