Discovery Promotes Two
In the UK, full service agency Discovery Group has promoted media and telecoms research specialist Colin Rice to the position of Research Director; and Jessica Francis from SRE to Research Consultant.
 Founded in 1995 by researchers Ken and Trish Parker, Discovery offers qual and quant services through its Discover Research arm, Spectrum viewing facilities, and The Thinking Shed online qual research tool.
Rice joined the firm three years ago as AD, prior to which he was an SRE at brand research specialist Drummond Madell, where he worked for nearly seven years.
Francis, who joined as a graduate trainee in 2008, most recently served as SRE with a focus on financial services and event evaluation.
CEO Trish Parker says: 'It is always a delight for us to recognise the achievements of members of the team through promotions. Both Colin and Jess have made a significant contribution to our clients' business and our own.'
