Maritz Opens Business Services Division
Customer loyalty specialist Maritz has set up a Business Services division, to focus on the changes being experienced by service industries as a result of the current economic climate, technological breakthroughs, and changing consumer behaviour.
The firm says each vertical sector faces 'distinct and varying challenges', and to address these, it has developed solutions to uncover what customers are saying and how best to use that data to improve performance. Staffed by a team of eight based in London and Germany, the new Business Services division will be led by Roger Sant (pictured).
