BetaKit Service Predicts Emerging Tech Trends

Canadian online technology news publication BetaKit has launched a new trend research service called 'BetaKit Insights', which clients can use to predict the likely adoption and use of new and emerging technologies.

Built by the team behind curated answers site Sprouter.com, BetaKit draws upon an established community of more than 100,000 emerging technology entrepreneurs and investors, and publishes reports and analysis of early-stage technology companies and products.

The new Insights subscription service offers quarterly analyst reports which outline key technologies, trends, applications and market players. Each report highlights the top three emerging trends, and includes data and case studies to demonstrate how businesses are adopting new technologies.

Company founder Sarah Prevette (pictured) says BetaKit's reports and presentations 'help companies stay current with the latest emerging technology trends, so they can stay ahead of their competitors and customers.'

The Fall 2012 report covers big data, mobile ambient location and influencer targeting.
