WideOrbit Buys Media Research Firm OneDomain
US-based ad management software provider WideOrbit has acquired OneDomain, which develops media research and business intelligence software for TV, radio stations, and ad agencies. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Launched in 2001, OneDomain provides television and radio broadcasters with software that enables sales professionals to analyze ratings and target their approaches to selling time slots to advertisers.
Through the acquisition, WideOrbit will integrate the OneDomain software into its own solution suite, which is used for managing more than $20 billion in advertising revenue for broadcast and cable organizations.
