Harris and Google Team for DIY Benchmarking Service
In the US, Harris Interactive is partnering with Google to launch a new service allowing users to compare themselves to industry benchmarks.
Google's product combines DIY surveys with access to targeted respondents, and enables users to create questionnaires themselves and then pay from $0.10 to $0.50 per response. The new 'Harris Poll and the Google Consumer Surveys' platform will feed regular benchmarking information into this system.
Paul McDonald, Senior Product Manager at Google, comments: 'Thousands of large and small businesses, in dozens of industries, have used Google Consumer Surveys to get easy, affordable and precise market insights. I'm thrilled that we're working with a leader like the Harris Poll to give businesses access to a new benchmarking offering.'
Harris Poll President 15229>Mike de Vere described the partnership as a 'transformative force in the market research industry'.
The first benchmark study offered within the Harris Poll and Google Consumer Surveys platform investigates customer satisfaction in the banking industry.
