MR Technology Expert Peter Milla Joins Cambiar
Cambiar, the management consultancy dedicated to the MR industry, has appointed former Survey Sampling and Harris Interactive CIO Peter Milla as an Associate, to advise clients on the role of technology in research, as well as on issues of ethics, privacy, and government relations.
Founded in 2004 by US researchers Simon Chadwick and Jay Wilson, Cambiar specializes in helping market research companies manage change through its practices which cover HR, sales performance, research transformation, and marketing, while also offering a range of training programs.
Milla (pictured) joins with a background in managing IT, technology assessments, and the application of technology to market research, as well as the security, privacy, and regulatory issues relating to the sector. Most recently, he ran his own consultancy, where projects have included acting as a Consultant for CASRO (Council of American Survey Research Organizations), as Technical Director at CIRQ (the CASRO Institute for Research Quality), and as an Advisor for iPinion Surveys and ImpactRx.
Prior to this, Milla held the title of Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Survey Sampling, Harris Interactive, and Roper Starch. He is a Fellow of the Ponemon Institute, which is dedicated to advancing responsible information and privacy management practices in business and government.
