Call Center Tech Firm Noble Buys ALI Solutions

Call center technology firm Noble Systems Corporation has acquired assets from ALI Solutions Inc (formerly Austin Logistics), which provides call center analytics applications and technology. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

ALI Solutions' flagship suite of products - Vincio, CallTech and OnQ - use internal and external data and analytics to enable clients to better understand their consumers.

Noble will integrate these tools with its own solutions, which include outbound products for the market research industry, to expand researcher productivity, and enable telephone workers to complete more surveys.

James Noble, President and CEO of Noble Systems, says the acquisition will add 20 years of call center analytics innovation to his firm's team.

As part of the deal, ALI Solutions' products will be managed by a combined team of ALI veterans and Noble Systems specialists, who will work together to lead technology development and support.
