Media Research in the 21st Century

The 5th Annual Media Research Seminar, organised by WARC and Admap, in association with the MRS, takes place on 13th June in central London. The event aims to tackle the increasingly complex world of the media and how to get the best out of media measurement.

The seminar will provide discussion on the following topics:

  • How are media and media research structured now and how do they need to change to meet future challenges?
  • Should we be looking at media use from the point of the view of the consumer rather than the producer?
  • Will the media brand, delivering content by a variety of different vehicles, be the 21st century way of organising the media world?
  • What do these new challenges mean for the end user of media research?

The day is chaired by Jennie Beck, vice chairman of The Market Research Society, and other high profile speakers include Torin Douglas from the BBC, Stella Beaumont, Planning Director at The Guardian, Justin Sampson, MD of Radio Advertising Bureau and Sue Elms, MD at Carat Insight.
