Simon-Kucher Reports 24% Revenue Rise

German product, pricing and marketing strategy specialist Simon-Kucher has reported a 24% increase in revenues to EUR 107.4m for the third quarter, and is anticipating revenues of EUR 140m for the full year 2012.

The firm says all industries and markets have contributed to this growth, and that business in Europe, especially in Germany, has made 'considerable headway' in 2012. Simon-Kucher generates approximately half of its revenue outside of its home market, with the US, France and the UK prominent.

So far this year, the firm has recruited 129 new employees, with two thirds of these outside Germany - it now employs 650 staff worldwide.

Joint CEO Georg Tacke says the firm has new markets in its sights: 'In summer we opened a new office in Dubai and we just recently founded another one in Turkey. By spring 2013 we will be serving the Latin American market out of our new local offices in Brazil and Chile.'
