Senior Hire for UX Firm Foolproof

UK-based user experience design specialist Foolproof has hired Jonathan Culling as UX Director, with responsibility for overseeing its 20-strong team of consultants, and helping develop new services.

The company was founded in 2002 and specialises in user experience strategy, user research, user-centred design, conversion rate optimisation and mobile experience design, operating across all digital channels. Last year, the company merged with competitor Flow Interactive, to create what they describe as 'Europe's largest specialist UX agency'.

Culling (pictured) joins with a twelve-year background in the area. Most recently, he served as UX Practice Director at Foviance, prior to which he was Head of User Experience at ad agency DLKW, User Experience Contractor at BskyB, and Manager of Creative Design at Sapient. He also held senior roles at Agency.com and Graphi.
