UX Software Firm Knoa Raises $7.5m

User experience technology developer Knoa Software has raised $7.5m in investment funding, which it plans to use to extend the global reach of its products.

New York-based Knoa, which also has a European office in Paris and an Asia Pacific operation in Singapore, offers solutions that monitor, measure and manage consumer usage of apps. Its Knoa Experience and Performance Manager (EPM) solution delivers a view of how users interact with a system - screen by screen - while the Knoa Automation tool provides insight into all activities, by user, for each app monitored.

The firm's latest funding round comes from existing investors Ascent Ventures and FA Tech, with support from new investors Gefinor Ventures, Advantage Capital Partners, and Rand Capital.

CEO Thad Eidman (pictured) says the investment will support the further development of Knoa's solutions and the firm's expansion into global markets.
