Kadence Opens Second US Office
Kadence International has opened a second office in the US, in Boston's Downtown Crossing area, complementing its existing facility in Framingham. The firm has also announced plans to increase US headcount by 100% by 2014, beginning with a 'significant graduate intake' in early 2013.
 Kieron Mathews (pictured), the former CEO of Kadence UK who relocated to Massachusetts in late 2010, will become US CEO in January.
Commenting on the new operation, Mathews said that the two office structure replicates Kadence's UK model, which combines a central insight team supported by an in-market fieldwork services unit, which also provides data collection, tabulation, charting, data processing and analysis to other market research agencies outside the group.
'Developing a world class insight team here in the USA has been a fantastic experience', says Mathews, 'and we are all very excited to continue our work in a brand new location, while maintaining a world class in-house fieldwork services team out of town.'
