Gay Ad Network Debuts New Targeting Service
US-based Gay Ad Network - which offers access to an LGBT media network reaching 6 million users per month - has introduced a data-driven service to enable advertisers to target its consumers with relevant ads.
The network provides online, mobile and video advertising services to global and national brands targeting the gay and lesbian communities. Its new audience targeting service uses demographic, behavioral, purchase intent and social data targeting algorithms to identify targets across a range of media outlets, from niche LGBT web sites to mainstream sites and mobile apps. This enables advertisers to deliver relevant ads to individual consumers based on specific engagement metrics, interests and behavior.
CEO Mark Elderkin (pictured) comments: 'National advertisers seeking to engage gay consumers can now expand their potential audience beyond gay content and search. By combining our proprietary data with third-party data and the distribution power of demand-side platforms and ad exchanges, we are able to offer national advertisers a more efficient way to reach their ideal gay consumer targets.'
