Strativity Names UK MD
Customer experience research firm Strativity has appointed Chris Mills as Managing Director of its UK operations, to lead client engagements and business development in the region.
Stativity uses proprietary research tools and strategic analysis to diagnose clients' state of 'readiness for customer centricity' and identify experience gaps, then helps them increase cross-functional collaboration and inspire employees. As well as its office in London, the firm has operations in the US, Canada, Australia, Germany, Norway, Spain, Turkey, and Latin America.
Mills (pictured) joins with nearly three decades' experience gained in business growth, behavioural change and transformation roles at firms including Andersen, ATKearney, UMT and Vision Consulting. During his career, he also served as a Director at Centrix Networking, Director of eBusiness Transformation at HM Customs & Excise, and a Manager at NatWest.
