Netquest Opens in Chilean Capital

Online panel and surveying technology company Netquest has opened a new office in Santiago de Chile, led by Enric Cid and assisted by Jordi Quirós.

Netquest says the opening allows it to accomplish its 'mission to be close to the local market researcher.' The new office will be responsible for the management of the firm's panels in the Southern Cone region, which includes Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay. Netquest has panels in all these countries and more than 11,000 active and profiled panellists in Chile itself.

Cid, a ten-year veteran of the company, is in overall charge of development of its Latin American panels, and also helped with the opening of offices in Madrid in 2007 and São Paulo two years ago. Netquest also has offices in Barcelona and Mexico City, with the five offices totaling around 90 staff.

Quirós, whose title is Market Research Specialist, will lead the new office's Client Services department as Business Development Manager, and previously worked as an Account Manager and as a Global Panel Manager at Netquest Barcelona.
