Alliance for Web Analytics Demystified and Webtrends
Online measurement firms Web Analytics Demystified and Webtrends have paired up to promote the latter's digital intelligence solution, Webtrends Streams, across North America.
Launched last month, WebTrends Streams collects data across web sites, mobile and social media channels to provide what the firm calls an 'as-it-happens' view of a company's online business. Organizations can use this to segment and target their business efforts and improve engagement with customers while they visit a site.
Driven by a real-time big data exploration tool called Streams Lab, the solution enables marketers to segment events and customer attributes into any number of live streams, which can then be enriched with other data streams and combined with testing, targeting and personalization solutions.
Web Analytics Demystified says the partnership will enable it to increase customer conversions, improve the engagement of internal employees and customers, identify site-related performance issues, and drive internal and external actions. Founder Eric T.
