Russian Arm for Millward Brown

Millward Brown has just announced the appointment of A/R/M/I Marketing in Russia as its licensee for Russia. This brings the number of countries in which it has operations to a total of thirty three.

Moscow-based A/R/M/I Marketing, founded a decade ago, now has a staff of 18 working for clients across the packaged goods, automotive, pharmaceutical, and white goods sectors. Dimitry Pisarksy will head the Millward Brown team at A/R/M/I Marketing, assisted by A/R/M/I Research Director Kirill Petrin.

Commenting on the move, Pisarksy said, 'With Millward Brown's tools and expertise, we expect fast growth from both established A/R/M/I Marketing clients, and from new clients keen to use Millward Brown's knowledge to help them drive their brands and services forward in the Russian market.'

Gabor Kovacs, managing director of Millward Brown Hungary and business development director for CEE, will work together with Petra Prusova to provide support to A/R/M/I Marketing as it is integrated into the Millward Brown network.

Andrea Bielli, managing director of Millward Brown Mainland Europe said, 'Having an on the ground presence in Russia is an important part of our global expansion programme. We envision substantial future growth of the Russian economy and this move positions us well to help our clients in this fast developing market'.
