Swedish Customer Intelligence Firm Acquired

Nordic management consultancy Capacent has acquired Swedish customer and business intelligence firm Resight from its parent company A-com, for around 13m Swedish Krona (c.£1.3m).

Founded in 2009, Stockholm-based Resight offers analysis of customer behaviour, segmentation and lifetime value models, and collects and structures business information through its team of more than 20 consultants.

These now join Capacent's 100 consultants, who operate across the Nordic region, as well as in China and Russia.

Hendrik Trepp (pictured), Capacent's CEO, comments: 'Resight's core competence is an important addition to our already existing customer offerings. Resight already has a bit of 'the Nordic way', so the integration will go smoothly.'

Resight MD Stefan Lund says the move will provide 'great possibilities' to create customer value through Capacent's wide range of offerings.
