Mumbai Launch for Big Data Firm Ananto

Two former execs of business process outsourcing firm Aegis Global have launched a new company called Ananto, based in Mumbai and using big data analytics to offer clients insight, predictive intelligence and technology integration.

Aegis Global's former MD Aparup Sengupta takes on the role of Chairman of the new company, while former CMO Anil Modi becomes its CEO.

Their new firm will offer services to examine buying behavior patterns, asses risks, construct affinity buying models and measure campaign outputs; and will advise on optimizing analytics strategy for revenue growth. In addition, it offers a tool to extract information from social media sites, video and e-mails.
