Opinion Leader Re-Hires Shearn as Research Director

Trajectory Partnership's former Head of Research Katie Shearn has re-joined London-based full service agency Opinion Leader as Research Director, to help expand the company's reach in the financial services and public sector markets.

Qual and quant agency Opinion Leader, which is part of Chime's Insight & Engagement Group (CIE Group), focuses on customer experience, communications, brand and reputation, policy and regulation, and internal engagement research.

Deliberative research specialist Shearn (pictured) re-joins the company from social and consumer trends agency The Trajectory Partnership, where she carried out deep dive qual work to explore reactions and coping strategies for dealing with the economic downturn. Prior to this, she was an Associate at Community Research, an AD at Opinion Leader, and she worked at Quaestor Research in Leeds.
