Nunwood Opens Offices in Brisbane and Melbourne
Customer experience management (CEM) specialist Nunwood has extended its presence in Australia with the opening of satellite offices in Brisbane and Melbourne, to support its existing Asia Pacific HQ in Sydney. The firm has doubled the size of its Australian team in the process.
Its AsiaPac operations, which were launched in 2010, are led by former BBC researcher Anna Thomas and Ann Thompson, who previously served as Planning Director at retail agency Gratterplan and as Head of Research at Advertising Principles.
Thomas says that prior to opening the new offices, the AsiaPac team had to deliver a 'fly in/fly out' CEM service to clients in the Brisbane and Melbourne areas from the Sydney HQ, but is now able to provide this expertise locally.
The firm rolled out its CEM model across the UK, US, Australia and New Zealand last summer, to offer a service which is built around expertise in segmentation, proposition development and shopper insight.
Thompson adds: 'The number of CEM engagements has risen steadily throughout 2012; this is a key region of growth. Maintaining our own excellence across this developing region will always be a priority for the business.'
Nunwood, which also has UK offices in London and Leeds, and US bases in New York and Los Angeles, is online at: www.nunwood.com .
