Face Hires First European Qual Lead
Cello-owned co-creation agency Face has appointed Matt Arnold, formerly of The Nursery, as its first European Head of Qualitative Research.
Face, which has offices in London and New York, has dedicated teams of planners, researchers and social media specialists who work on new product development, concept generation, brand insight and positioning projects.
Arnold (pictured) joins after a brief stint at brand and communications research company The Nursery, where he served as Director responsible for running key accounts, developing new business and overseeing quality control. Prior to this he worked for Razor Research, and before this as Head of Qualitative at Quadrangle, Research Director at Hall & Partners, and as Account Director at Egg Research and Consultancy.
