BI Firm Axxess Unlimited to Buy TDG

Business intelligence specialist Axxess Unlimited is to acquire brand and business outsourcing management businesses TDG Inc. and TDG Brands Inc (TDG). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Scottsdale, Arizona-based Axxess provides information-driven business solutions such as business intelligence, interactive marketing and technologies, app and product development, and customer relationship management. The buy will give it access to TDG's services in 40 cities across the US, Canada, the EU and Asia, including customer data analysis, product placement and pricing, and product introduction.

In return, TDG founder and CEO Stephen Dellaportas says the deal will provide access to both Axxess technology and clients, along with customer data and insights to help uncover emerging trends and drive sales.
