Simpson Carpenter Hires from Client Side
In the UK, Simpson Carpenter has recruited two client side qual researchers: Tony Comerford joins as Account Director after seventeen years at Procter & Gamble, and Joanna Zukunft joins from the Marketing and Audiences team at the BBC, as an SRE.
Comerford served as a Principal Researcher with Procter & Gamble overseeing research on upstream male and female skincare across all brands. He spent ten years focused on consumer research, and brings broad experience of running focus groups and conducting face-to-face research both in-home and in-store.
At the BBC, Zukunft worked on a number of flagship shows in 2012, including the Children in Need Masterbrand research project, as the main audience researcher for Sport Relief 2012 and as part of a team shaping the marketing strategy of Strictly Come Dancing.
MD Tom Simpson comments: 'Tony's experience with one of the world's biggest FMCG brands will be invaluable to us as we work with an increasing number of major clients in the sector. His passion for fieldwork and getting close to consumers is infectious and we are sure that our clients in all sectors will benefit from his skill set. Joanna has proven herself to be one of the rising stars of the industry with an exceptional ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate research findings into compelling marketing strategies.'
