Shopbust Adds Mobile Mystery Shopping Module
Shopper feedback specialist Shopbust has launched a mobile version of its mystery shopping platform, to enable clients to carry out 'fast turnaround' store audits and spot checks and report back to their businesses via their mobile phones.
The Singapore-based company already offers a survey engine and a real-time dashboard through which to carry out mystery shopping programmes, customer service audits and service quality checks at retail outlets.
Shopbust says business have different requirements from mystery shopping: a typical project for service oriented businesses might cover areas such as staff appearance, wait time and general cleanliness of location, whereas for FMCG brands this could involve checking on-site branding, pricing against the competition's, and POS materials.
Co-founder Richard Canneman (pictured) comments: 'Businesses needs access to data immediately as it happens and not after weeks. With the latest mobile and social technology, Shopbust has created a platform through which any business can tap into its massive shopper database, set up a survey/scenario, upload its locations, and sit back, relax and start seeing data in a real-time dashboard.'
