Maritz Completes Imagin Integration
In Germany, Maritz Research has completed the integration of Wiesbaden-based stakeholder feedback management specialist Imagin AG, which it acquired eighteen months ago for an undisclosed sum. Imagin will now trade under the Maritz name.
With the acquisition of Imagin and its subsidiary Customer Care International GmbH (CCI), an international call center based in Lörrach specializing in customer feedback, Maritz says it has strengthened its position in the customer experience measurement (CEM) sector. Imagin's 75 employees have now joined the Maritz Research team, which comprises more than 250 research professionals in Europe and 900 globally.
Stephan Thun, MD of Maritz Research in Europe, says the move strengthens Maritz and will enable his firm to offer clients more services and a wider product portfolio, in particular the acquired firm's special expertise in 'innovative and powerful customer satisfaction solutions.'
