Noden Returns to ORC Tech Team
Technology research specialist Richard Noden has returned to ORC International as Research Director in its London-based Customer Strategy and Technology department.
 For the past nine years, Noden has run his own qual/quant consultancy Noden Associates, prior to which he served as Director, Technology Research at TNS, and he spent a year at ORC International as Business Development Manager in the Technology division. Earlier, he held client-facing roles at Frost & Sullivan, IDC and Gartner.
In his new position, Noden will focus on delivering ORC's Customer Equity Model, which was launched in 2011 and measures those external attributes which influence consumers' buying decisions.
