Expanded Role for SymphonyIRI's Grant

Retail and healthcare specialist SymphonyIRI has added the title of Chief Client Strategy Officer to former P&G exec Beverly Grant's existing role as President of Retail Solutions.

Before joining the company last August, Grant (pictured) spent 26 years at P&G, where she latterly served as VP, GM and Chief Channel Officer, North America Grocery Channel. Prior to P&G, she gained experience in the food and beverage channel at Kroger, as well as in the healthcare, oral care and beauty categories. She began her career at Standard Oil.

In her newly expanded position, Grant reports to SymphonyIRI President & CEO Andrew Appel, who comments: 'Since joining us last year, Beverly has been a great asset, and her proven track record as a strategist makes her ideally suited to take our client engagement model to the next level. She has a vast amount of client experience, interactions and relationships and is the right leader to help us accelerate growth for our CPG and retail partners.'
