Ipsos Expands Ilacqua's Role
Ipsos Healthcare has given Jackie Ilacqua the additional role of Global Head of Syndicated Services, alongside her existing position as President of Global Oncology.
 Ipsos Healthcare operates in more than 40 countries, employs a team of 500 healthcare professionals, and focuses on research in the pharmaceutical, bio-tech and medical device markets. Ilacqua joined Synovate Healthcare in 1998 and transferred to Ipsos Healthcare as President Oncology Portfolio in 2012, following the firms' merger. Earlier in her career, she served as President of Tandem Research, where she worked for more than seven years.
In her newly expanded role, she will also oversee Ipsos Healthcare's syndicated services, including its Global Oncology Monitor, and a range of new services that include social listening, molecular diagnostics, disease-specific ethnography studies, and a suite of commercial strategy offerings.
The Global Therapy Monitor portfolio will continue to be run by Rhoda Schmuecking - President, Global Therapy Monitors, who will report into Ilacqua.
