Senior Team Shuffle at RS
In London, Kate Anderson has been promoted to the position of Joint MD of Cello-owned RS Consulting Group. She replaces Phil Stubington, who will now focus on developing the group's key accounts, while leading its innovation development programme.
 RS Consulting Group includes RS Consulting, which specialises in B2B and technology; financial and professional services agency Consensus; social and community-focused firm mruk; and consumer research company Leapfrog.
Since last summer, Anderson (pictured) has served as Head of Leapfrog, prior to which she worked at RS Consulting for more than eighteen years, latterly as Group Business Director. She began her career at FDS International.
In her new role, she will work alongside Joint MD Chris Stead, who comments: 'Kate is full of energy and enthusiasm, and is just the right person to move RS Consulting Group forward. She's passionate about research and about delivering real value to clients, and she will certainly lead by example. I also want to thank Phil for his dedication and commitment over the last three years. Stubington took up the position of Joint MD in 2009, having previously served as a Director at RS Consulting for thirteen years. He began his career with the company in 1993 as an AD.
