New Firm 9 Dots Opens in Edinburgh and London
Former Ipsos MORI Scotland exec Margaret Frazer has opened a new agency called 9 Dots Insights, with bases in Edinburgh and London and offering market, brand and communications research as well as strategic marketing consultancy.
Frazer (pictured) has more than twenty years' qual and quant experience in both market research and marketing. She most recently worked at trend-based marketing insights consultancy SCB Partners, which was recently acquired by Havas, prior to which which she held senior roles at Cambridge Market Research and York Consulting, and spent eight years at Ipsos MORI in Scotland.
As well as offering a full range of market research, and strategic marketing services, the new company will use film and video production to help internal teams communicate research findings across their businesses and to external stakeholders.
Commenting on the launch, Frazer said: 'At 9 Dots Insights, we feel strongly that the research output facilitates the start of a story, not the culmination of the process. The 'story' should not only provide businesses with strategic insights, it should have the ability to be absorbed quickly and succinctly. Whatever shape the story takes, it acts as a 'live' resource built to last well into the future.'
