Schlesinger Boosts US Team
US-based fieldwork group Schlesinger Associates has announced two key hires. Robert Ramirez joins as SVP, Strategic Development for the US-based Global Management Solutions service, while Tim Holley is appointed as Director, Specialty Panels and Recruiting.
 Ramirez is tasked with expanding Schlesinger's client and product portfolio by developing a strategic approach to data services. He worked previously at Ipsos Healthcare where he was Senior Vice President, Partnership Development; and before that was VP, Healthcare Research at Ipsos Understanding Unlimited, running the global group's qualitative health division. Earlier he worked in senior positions at Observant LLC and Pfizer.
Holley will be responsible for building panels for qual and quant research, growing B2B and payer panels and supporting specialist recruiting needs in areas such as healthcare and IT. To do so he will develop new recruiting methods such as social media sourcing. He worked previously at Medimix International as Business Development Manager, and earlier at medical specialist MDLinx and at ITG Market Research.
