MVL Sells 3Q, Quick Test/Heakin and Discovery

In the US, MR holding company MVL Group has sold its full service agencies 3Q Global and Discovery Research Group, and its qual and quant data collection agency Quick Test/Heakin to Morgan Investors for an undisclosed sum.

The news follows the recent closure of MVL's MR video streaming firm ActiveGroup.

The company now states on its web site that it only owns research insights provider Carbonview, which is the sister agency of Target Research Group, having sold MRSI (Marketing Research Services Inc.) to ORC International back in January and recently merged Discovery Research Group with its data collection agency PhoneBase.

Jupiter, FL-based 3Q Global and Quick Test/Heakin and Salt Lake City-based Discovery Research Group will retain their existing management teams, as will the latter's business insight agency Focalytic.
