MRA Names Client Side Chairman
In the US, the Marketing Research Association (MRA) has appointed Nestle Purina PetCare insights exec Jill Donahue as its 2013-2014 Chairman.
Donahue (pictured) has served as MRA Vice Chairman during the past year, and was previously its Secretary. She has worked at Nestle Purina for the past eight years, and currently serves as Senior Manager, Brand Insights. Earlier in her career, she was Research Manager at Playpower and at Payless ShoeSource, before which she worked agency-side at TNS and Porchey Research.
Joining Donahue on the Executive Committee will be:- Debby Schlesinger-Hellman - EVP, Schlesinger Associates (immediate past MRA Chairman)
- Ted Donnelly - MD, Baltimore Research (MRA Vice Chairman)
- Vaughn Mordecai - President, Discovery Research Group (MRA Treasurer)
- Dan Womack - Senior Manager, Insights, Aflac (MRA Secretary).
In addition, the following industry professionals will also serve on MRA's 2013-2014 Board as Directors:- Scott Baker - President, Adept Consumer Testing
- Janet Baldi - SVP, RTi Research
- Jim Bryson - CEO, 20/20 Research
- Jerry Haselmayer - CEO and Co-Owner, SEEK Company
- Jeffrey Henning - President, Researchscape International

Donahue comments: 'The volunteer leaders of MRA have done the heavy lifting over the years to get us where we are today. The 2013-2014 Board will continue that trajectory, focusing on the programs and services members need to succeed in every facet of research today.'
