Research Panel Asia Opens 'Hub' in Singapore
Tokyo-based Research Panel Asia (RPA) has chosen Singapore for the location of its sixth office, which it says will act as a hub for marketing research across the APAC region.
The firm - which is a subsidiary of Japanese Internet service company EC Navi - also has offices in Seoul, Shanghai, Los Angeles and Manila, from where it offers access to survey panels with coverage of Japan, China and Korea.
Toshiki Sano (pictured), CEO of RPA, says the new office has been set up in response to an increasing number of global firms setting up their regional headquarters in Singapore. 'We have seen a huge growth of research projects in APAC in recent years, and it therefore makes sense for us to be based in Singapore so that we can offer quicker access to local insights,' he adds.
